Standard Terms and Conditions
The following standard terms and conditions apply to all sales of product by Willow Springs SRA.
1. Payment Terms:
• Standard terms are Net 30 days.
• A 1.5% Service Charge will be applied to all balances over 30 days.
• There will be a $50.00 charge plus all bank fees applied to all returned checks.
2. Price Changes: Willow Springs tries to give a 30 day notice of any price changes, although prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Free Shipping: Free shipping for orders of $3,000.00 or more. Some exceptions apply. Call for details.
4. Purchase Orders:
• Minimum purchase order requirement is $75.00.
• Orders should specify part numbers as well as product description.
• All purchase orders are confirmed by Willow Springs via fax, e-mail, or phone.
• Customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation and reporting any necessary changes to Willow Springs prior to shipment.
• Mistakes on orders due to inaccurate or incomplete information from customer will be customer’s responsibility.
• No returns are allowed on non-stocked or special ordered items.
• No returns valuing less than $75.00.
• A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be provided prior to sending back any product.
• Paperwork from initial sale of product must accompany RGA.
• All returned products must be in resalable condition.
• No returns will be authorized after 60 days.
• All returns are subject to restocking charges.
• Other restrictions apply. Call for details.
• Willow Springs reserves the right to refuse any returns.
6. Warranties: Each product line within this catalog has its own warranty. Please contact our office to get a copy of the warranty in question.
7. Policies: All policies are subject to change without notice.
